How do I get started with Layman Lewis Financial Group®?

Layman Lewis guides prospective clients through our trademarked PEACE Process. It begins with Personal Connection, where the team learns about your situation, goals and retirement concerns. From there, we move into Education, where topics and opportunities are explored together. If you choose to move forward, the process continues through Action & AgreementCreation and ultimately Enjoyment.

Peace Process is our process name, it does not promise or guarantee investment results or preservation of principal.

What happens during the PEACE Process?

During our Personal Connection visit, we focus on understanding your current situation and the questions or concerns shaping your retirement decisions. The Education visit is designed to share helpful information and explore planning topics together. If you decide to move forward, Action & Agreement includes paperwork and agreements, Creation presents the plan and Enjoyment reflects the ongoing relationship and support Layman Lewis Financial Group® provides throughout your retirement journey.

What should I bring to my first meeting?

What you bring can vary depending on your situation, but many people bring retirement account statements, investment statements, pension information, Social Security information, insurance policies and any questions they would like to discuss. If you have existing plans or estate documents, those can be helpful, too. Our goal at our first meeting is to create understanding and context.

During the planning process, we are committed to transparency and will review all applicable fees, costs and compensation structures with you.
